As a fitness trainer I’ve found most of my clients do not really care about being healthy as much as they would like to know how to lose belly fat. Most people just prefer to look attractive at the beach and they’ll work hard to achieve an attractive body. The majority of losing belly fat comes down to how well one sticks to their nutrition program. Even though working out is going to be around 30% of your results you won’t be able to achieve a lean body unless you first have a strong foundation in nutrition.IKARIA LEAN BELLY JUICE REVIEW
The biggest tip I can give my clients who are looking to get rid of belly fat is to eliminate the foods that are going to cause the hormone insulin to raise in their bodies. Many foods that spike their blood sugar levels are going to put their bodies into fat storing mode. These foods include wheat, sugar, flour, fruit, artificial sweeteners and dairy. Eliminating these foods from their diet is going to be very important not only to improve their health but to burn belly fat and lean out their body.
Foods that will help them lose belly fat would be mostly lean meats such as chicken, turkey and fish along with vegetables and healthy fats. Most people are totally wrong by thinking eating fats will make you fat but this isn’t very true. Your body needs healthy fats from sources such as nuts, avocado and omega-3’s to not only function optimally but to also burn fat. Water consumption should also be made a priority and it goes without saying you should also eliminate any sodas or fruit juices as well.
Even though most of the emphasis has been on nutrition so far your training program is going to also help to get rid of belly fat along with the toning of your body. I recommend everybody to use resistance training in their workout programs because muscle burns fat and prevents you from becoming skinny but without any muscle tone. Instead of jogging on the treadmill for long periods of time I would also advocate to do more interval training with sprints. Interval training along with resistance training have been proven to be the most effective combination of fat loss programming when it comes to working out.
In the end it all comes down to how consistent you can be with your nutrition and workouts to get the results you’re looking for. Most people completely lose motivation not too long after starting a fat loss program. To increase your adherence to the training I would recommend finding a workout partner and somebody else who you can rely on to eat healthy with. All in the knowledge in the world isn’t going to mean a thing if you don’t actually do it. I hope you picked up some great tips on how to get rid of belly fat and now the most important thing you can do is take action on them.
